Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Dehydrated Apple Pieces (with Sodium Sulfite Added for Color Retention), Walnuts, Sugar, Natural Flavor, Salt, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Stevia Leaf Extract, Niacinamide (One of the B Vitamins), Vitamin A Palmitate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (One of the B Vitamins), Riboflavin (One of the B Vitamins), Thiamin Mononitrate (One of the B Vitamins), Folic Acid (One of the B Vitamins).

Directions

Microwave Cooking: 1. Remove lid completely. 2. Add water to the line on the inside of the cup. 3. Stir well. 4. Microwave on high for 45 to 50 seconds. 5. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Cup and contents may be hot. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking time may need to be adjusted. Hot Water: 1. Remove lid completely. 2. Add boiling water to slightly below line on inside of cup. 3. Stir well and let stand for 2 minutes. Adjust water for desired thickness. Additional space included in cup to prevent product from boiling over. Cup is for single use only.
