Wheatena all natural goodness since 1879. Wheatena, 100% toasted wheat, uses the finest quality wheat and leaves the bran to maximize the nutritional content and fiber. Even before 1885, when Dr. Fuller's Health Food Company acquired Wheatena, this natural whole grain cereal was high in fiber and nutrition. Wheatena is bone healthy (Building strong bones, especially before the age of 35, is a great defense against developing osteoporosis later in life. A healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise and a balanced diet rich in calcium is important for strong bones), may reduce the risk of high blood pressure (Diets low in sodium may reduce the risk of high blood pressure, a disease associated with many factors), is good for your heart (Because Wheatena is high in fiber, low in fat and saturated fat and cholesterol free, it may reduce the risk of heart disease which is associated with many factors), and may reduce the risk of some cancers (Low-fat diets rich in fiber-containing grains, like Wheatena, fruits and vegetables may reduce the risk of some types of cancer, a disease associated with many factors). Wheatena has no sugar, no artificial flavor and no preservatives. So, if you're serious about 100% natural goodness, return to the original as it is still made today! For over 100 years, people have enjoyed the hearty, all-natural wheat cereal recommended by nutritionists, doctors, family and friends. Both Dr. Fuller and close friend Mark Twain out-lived the life expectancy of their time - no wonder Huck says good as wheat. Bone healthy. May reduce the risk of high blood pressure.
