The Soulfull Project: On St. Patrick's Day, while working at a Hope Mobile food pantry in New Jersey, we met a husband and wife in need of food. They were part of a family of seven without a home. We gathered as much as we could in hopes it would be enough to keep them going at least until next month. Many times we go through our days without giving a thought to how lucky we might be. It's situations like these in which you realize how incredibly important donations to food banks are, and why we created our buy one, give one program. Whole Grain Oats, Oat Bran, Red Quinoa, Brown Flax Seeds, Black Chia Seeds.


Shake pouch well before using. 1 Serving: 2/3 cup water; 1/3 cup cereal. 2 Servings: 1-1/3 cups water; 2/3 cup cereal. 4 Servings: 2-2/3 cups water; 1-1/3 cups cereal. Prepare on Stovetop: 1. Boil water in saucepan (add pinch of salt, if desired). 2. Stir in cereal. Reduce heat to medium-low. 3. Cook. Stirring occasionally, 3 to 5 minutes or until desired consistency. 4. Stir well and enjoy! Prepare in Microwave: 1. Combine water and cereal in deep microwavable bowl (add pinch of salt, if desired). 2. Microwave on high for 1 min to 1 min 15 seconds for 1 serving or 2 min to 2 min 15 seconds for 2 servings or until cereal is hot. 3. Leave cereal in microwave to rest for 4 min. 4. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Stir well and enjoy! Water amount can be adjusted to reach desired consistency. Try it with milk! For creamier hot cereal, replace water with milk. For microwave heating, add 15 seconds to cook time and 1 min to rest time. Discard unused prepared portion. Recommend use by date on container. Shake well to evenly distribute ingredients. Reseal to preserve freshness. Store in a cool dry place. Do not purchase if open or torn.
