Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Stove Top: 3/4 cup water; 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill organic high fiber hot cereal; 1/4 tsp salt. For a delicious and healthy hot breakfast cereal, bring water, Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal and salt to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes. Add honey, nuts, and/or dried fruit, if desired. Enjoy! Microwave: 3/4 cup water; 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal; 1/4 tsp salt.
