Ingredients

Directions

To Measure Bisquick Mix: Spoon into dry-ingredient measuring cup; level with knife. Do not sift. Open inner bag with scissors. Pancakes: Classic Pancake: 2 cups Original Bisquick mix 1 cup milk; 2 eggs. Stir ingredients until blended. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. 14 pancakes. High Altitude (3500 - 6500 ft): No change. For thinner pancakes, increase milk to 1-1/3 cups. Blueberry Pancakes: Stir in 1 cup blueberries. Chocolate Chip Pancakes: Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. To Reduce Fat and Cholesterol in Your Favorite Bisquick Recipes: Use skim milk in place of whole or low-fat milk. Use margarine in place of butter. Use egg whites or egg substitute for whole eggs (1 large egg = 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg substitute).
