Pudding Directions: 2 cups fat-free milk. Stir mix into milk (Lactose-free or 1% milk can also be used but may result in a softer set. Do not use prepared nonfat dry milk or soy milk - pudding will not set) in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Serve warm or chilled. (Pudding thickens as it cools). Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings. Refrigerate any leftovers. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap directly on surface pudding while cooling. Stir before serving.
