You Will Need: 2/3 cup water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 1 egg. Tip! Add 1/2 cup butterscotch chips for a tasty treat. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease or line muffin pan with paper baking cups. 2. Stir together water, oil, egg and muffin mix until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. 3. Bake as directed below or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container. 24 Mini Muffins : 400 degrees F; 10-12 minutes bake time. 11 Standard Muffins: 400 degrees F; 14-16 minutes bake time. 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2-Inch Loaf Pan: 350 degrees F; 50-55 minutes bake time. High Altitude (Over 5,000 Feet): Prepare as directed, adding 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water.
