Unbleached Wheat Flour, Sugar, Whole Wheat Flour, Dried Banana, Contains 2% or Less of Corn Starch, Baking Powder (Leavening) (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Natural Flavors.

Directions

What You Need: 2/3 cup water; 2/3 cup oil, such as mazola corn oil; 2 large eggs. Real Simple Directions: 1. Mix - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 12 standard-size muffin cups with paper liners or spray with cooking spray; set aside. 2. Spoon - Combine mix, water, oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl with a spoon. Stir until blended, about 40 to 50 strokes. Spoon batter evenly between prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full. 3. Bake - Bake muffins for 15-17 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove from muffin pan and serve. Enjoy! Do not eat raw batter. Quick Bread: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a standard 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. Combine mix, water, oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl with a spoon. Stir until blended, about 40 to 50 strokes. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack, about 1 hour. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
