100% Whole Grain Wheat Flour, 100% Whole Grain Corn Meal, Organic Cane Sugar, Wheat Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Concentrate, Sea Salt, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate).

Cornbread Instructions: 1 bag Kodiak cakes mix; 2 eggs (or egg substitute); 2/3 cup butter; 1-3/4 cups milk. (For an extra moist cornbread, with 11 grams of protein, add an extra 1/4 cup of milk and an additional egg). To make 12 muffins, bake at 400 degrees F for 25-27 minutes. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. 3. In a 9 in x 9 in greased pan, bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown or toothpick comes out clean. 4. Enjoy warm. Reheat in an oven or microwave. Store in the refrigerator for optimal freshness.
