Instructions: What You Need: 4 oz cream cheese, softened. 1. Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended. 2. Shape into 12 (1-inch) balls, using a level tablespoon for each. Place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Freeze 15 minutes. 3. Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl high for 30 seconds; stir. Microwave 30 seconds more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-second increments until completely melted. 4. Dip each ball in chocolate using a fork, letting any excess drip back into the bowl; return to baking sheet/ Top immediately with sprinkles. 5. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm. See side panel for tips. Tips: 1/ Use back of a rubber spatula to mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs. Mixture will be dry at first, but will come together as you continue to mix the ingredients. 2. If dipping becomes difficult, microwave chocolate for 10 seconds. 3. Use a level teaspoon instead of a tablespoon to make 20 bite-sized cookie balls.
