For Chocolate Frosting: 2 tablespoons butter, softened (not melted) + 2 tablespoons milk. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325 degrees F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan with cooking spray or shortening. Stir Bar Mix, 3 tablespoons melted butter and egg until soft dough forms. Press evenly in pan. Bake as directed below or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely. Beat Peanut Butter Filling Mix, 2 tablespoons softened butter and 1 tablespoon milk on low speed 30 seconds then on high speed 1 minute. Spread evenly over cooled bar. Beat Chocolate Frosting Mix, 2 tablespoons softened butter and milk on low speed 30 seconds then on high speed tor 1 minute. Spread evenly over filling. 8 inches x 8 inches pan size: 19-22 minutes bake time; 9 inches x 9 inches pan size: 15-18 minutes bake time; 11 inches x 7 inches pan size: 17-20 minutes bake time. High Attitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 1 tbsp all-purpose flour into dry bar mix. Bake 8 inches x 8 inches pan 17-18 min, 9 inches x 9 inches pan 13-14 min, 11 inches x 7 inches pan 15-16 min.
