Directions

You Will Need: 8 bone-in or boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick) and 1 egg. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat metal baking sheet with cooking spray. 1 egg for moisten. To Prepare: 1. Moisten: Moisten chops with beaten egg; shake off excess. Empty coating mix onto plate. 2. Coat: Coat chops on all sides by pressing firmly into coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. 3. Bake: Bake on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray 20 min. or until done (145 degrees F). No-Egg Directions: Prepare as directed, moistening chops with water instead of the egg.
