Brownie Mix Ingredients: Sugar, Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Malted Barley Flour, Enzymes), Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Soy Lecithin [Emulsifier], Vanilla Extract), Soybean Oil. Less than 2% of: Salt, Artificial Flavor, Baking Soda. Fudge Topping Ingredients: Cream, Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Corn Syrup. Less than 2% of: Mono and Diglycerides, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).

You Will Need: 1/4 cup water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 1 egg. 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Place water, oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. 3. Bake as directed below. After brownies are baked, warm fudge topping by placing unopened pouch in hot tap water for 4-5 minutes. Remove from water and squeeze pouch 4-5 times to soften topping. Cut top off fudge pouch and squeeze onto warm brownies. Gently smooth over top. Cool completely in pan before cutting. Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch (metal); 39-43 minutes bake time. Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch (glass); 44-48 minutes bake time. 9 inch x 9 inch pan not recommended. Do not overbake. Fresh-baked brownies appear underbaked but cool to doneness. For thicker brownies, make batter using 2 tablespoons water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Bake as directed. High Altitude: Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water.
