You Will Need: 3 tablespoons water; 1/2 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs (For cakelike brownies, use 3 tablespoons water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 3 eggs). 1. Heat: Heat your oven to 350 degrees F if you have a shiny metal or glass pan or 325 degrees F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan with cooking spray or shortening. 2. Stir: In a medium bowl, stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake: Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Let cool. If you want to cut warm brownies easily, use a plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Pan Size: 13 inch x 9 inch, Bake Time (in Minutes): 24-26 min; Pan Size: 9 inch x 9 inch, Bake Time (in Minutes): 40-42 min; Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch, Bake Time (in Minutes): 49-51 min. For Easy Cleanup: Line the brownie pan with foil for easy removal and cutting. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Make brownies using 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup oil and 2 eggs for regular brownies. 3 eggs for cakelike brownies. Increase all bake times by 1 minute.
