Ingredients

Sugar, Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Palm Oil, Corn Syrup, Corn Starch. Contains 2% or Less of: Carob Powder, Salt, Canola Oil, Artificial Flavor.

Directions

You Will Need: 3 tablespoons water + 1/2 cups vegetable oil + 2 eggs (For cakelike brownies, use 3 tablespoons water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 3 eggs). Heat oven as directed in chart below. Grease bottom of pan. Stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. Betty's Tip: To cut warm brownies, use plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. 13 inches x 9 inches pan size; 350 degrees F oven temp; 22-25 bake time (in minutes) (If using dark or nonstick pan, shorten bake time by 3 min). 9 inches x 9 inches pan size; 350 degrees F oven temp; 36-38 bake time (in minutes) (If using dark or nonstick pan, shorten bake time by 3 min). 8 inches x 8 inches pan size; 325 degrees F oven temp; 50-52 bake time (in minutes) (If using dark or nonstick pan, shorten bake time by 3 min). Stir in an ingredient for intense flavor! Salty Crunch: Add 1/2 cup crushed mini pretzels or potato chips. Fruity Chew: Add 1/2 to 1 cup dried cherries, cranberries or coconut.
