Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin Folic Acid), Sugar, Dried Cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Food Starch-Modified, Emulsifier (Propylene Glycol Monoester, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Polysorbate 60, Mono-Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin), Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Salt, Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors (Contains Milk Derivatives), Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum.


Contains: wheat, soy and milk. Made on equipment that makes products containing wheat, eggs, milk, soy and tree nuts.


You Will Need: 2/3 cup water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs. Before You Begin: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 inch loaf pan by lightly greasing or coating with non-stick cooking spray. 1. Blend water, oil, eggs and full box quick bread mix together in medium bowl until moistened. 2. Spoon batter into prepared pan. 3. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Makes 10, 3/4-inch slices. For Mini Muffins: Prepare batter as directed. Spoon into 22-24 lightly greased mini muffin cups, filling to rim. Bake at 400 degrees F 10-12 minutes. For Standard Muffins: Prepare batter as directed. Spoon into 10-12 lightly greased standard muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F 18-20 minutes. High Altitude (Over 5,000 Feet): Add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water. Bake as directed.
