Our bakers, located in every Red Lobster, use this same recipe to bake our buttery biscuits fresh all day long. It's why every table we greet gets to enjoy basket after basket of warm, cheesy goodness. Biscuit ingredients: Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin Mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour, may contain enzymes, ascorbic acid), palm oil, partially hydrogenated soybean and cotton seed oils. Contains 2% or less of the following: Sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, whey, salt, dextrose, soy lecithin, buttermilk, soy flour, ascorbic acid, enzymes. Garlic Herb blend ingredients: Garlic powder, maltodextrin, salt, onion powder, hydrolyzed soy protein, torula yeast, dehydrated parsley, malic acid, sugar, natural and artificial flavors (maltodextrin, butter oil), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
Contains: Wheat, milk and soy. Made on equipment that makes products containing eggs, tree nuts and fish.
For each batch you will need: Biscuit: 3/4 Cup water, 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 Pouch Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix. Herb Sauce: 1/3 Cup Butter, 1 Pouch Garlic Herb Blend. Before you begin: Preheat oven to 425F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 1. Stir together water, cheese and biscuit mix until dough forms (do not overmix). 2. Scoop dough immediately into 8-10 portions (about 1/4 cup each) and place inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. 3. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown on top. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl, add herb blend and stir until well blended. 4. Spoon or brush 1 teaspoon garlic herb butter sauce onto each HOT biscuit. Serve immediately. (High altitude [over 5,000 feet]: No adjustment necessary.
