From Our Menu to Your Table: In continuing to help you make great meals easy, these convenient and affordable frozen side dishes were inspired by some of our great recipes in Menu magazine. Our chefs developed the recipes and we were able to find a supplier to replicate the flavors as if you made them yourself. They actually use some of the same ingredients as you find on our shelves. Another reason we like this supplier, is that they produce these side dishes in the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified frozen food manufacturing plant. Ingredients

Artichokes, Asparagus, Sauce (Water, Sherry Wine, Unsalted Butter, Lemon Juice, Contains 2% or Less of: Soybean Oil, Modified Corn Starch Salt, Shallots, Natural Flavors, Maltodextrin, Chicken Broth, Lemon Peel, Sugar, Onion and Garlic Powder, Soy Protein Isolate, Soy Lecithin, Xanthan Gum Turmeric, Extractives of Annatto).

Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees. Stove Top: 1. Place lemon butter sauce packet in bowl of hot tap water to thaw until needed. 2. Place 3 tablespoons water and vegetables in large skillet; cover and bring to boil on High. Reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes. Drain if needed and remove cover. 3. Return to High; add sauce and stir 1-2 minutes or until throughly cooked. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Place lemon butter sauce packet in bowl of hot tap water to thaw until needed. 2. Place vegetables in a 2-quart microwave safe dish; cover. 3. Cook on High 6 minutes, stirring halfway through, until thoroughly cooked. Drain if needed. 4. Carefully stir in sauce; cook 1 minute. Rest 1-2 minutes before serving.
