Green Beans, Water, Almonds Roasted in Canola and/or Safflower Oil, Salt, Baking Soda.

Directions

Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Recommended Method: 1. Remove almond packet; set aside. Place vegetable pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200: Time on High: 3-1/2 minutes; 700: Time on High: 6 minutes. (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended). 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir in almonds. Stove-Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Remove almonds. Heat 1/3 cup water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan; add contents of vegetable pouch. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Add almonds.
