Birds Eye Foods has specially selected the fresh frozen vegetables in this blend. They're perfect for a hearty soup that takes minutes to prepare but tastes like it took hours. And it's not just for soup; you can use it in stews, casseroles or pot pies. Each serving of this superb blend provides 25% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin A.

Ingredients

Carrots, Potatoes, Peas, Celery, Green Beans, Corn, Onions, Lima Beans, Salt.

Directions

Keep frozen. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0 degrees F. Cooking Directions: For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Microwave: 1) Place vegetables in microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for ball package). 2) Cover and microwave on High 11 - 13 minutes (8 - 10 minutes for half package); stir hallway through cooking. 3) Drain. (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking, time accordingly.) Stovetop: 1) Place vegetables in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water (1/4 cup for hall package). 2) Bring water to a full boil over High heat; reduce heat to Medium. 3) Cover and simmer 11 - 13 minutes (8 - 10 minutes for half package), stirring occasionally. 4) Drain.
