Keep frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove Top: 1. Place desired amount of peas and carrots in a saucepan with 1/2 cup water. 2. Cover and bring quickly to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; stir and cook gently 4-6 minutes or just until tender. 4. Drain and season to taste. Microwave (1100 Watt) (Lower wattage microwave ovens may require more time): Place desired amount of peas and carrots in microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup water. Cover. Cook on high according to chart. Drain. Season to taste. Microwave Cooking Chart: Half Package: 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes cook time; stir after 3 minutes; 3 minutes standing time. Full Package: 7-8 minutes cook time; stir after 5 minutes; 3 minutes standing time.
