Keep frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove-Top: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat. Carefully add desired amount of pepper & onion blend. Stir fry 5-6 minutes or until cooked through. Or: Place desired amount of pepper & onion blend in saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Cover. Bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; stir and cook gently 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Drain. Season to taste. Microwave (1100 Watt) (Lower wattage oven may require more cook time): Place desired amount of pepper & onion blend in microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup water. Cover and vent if using plastic wrap. Cook on high according to chart. Allow for standing time. Carefully remove from oven; drain. Season to taste. Microwave Cooking Chart: 1/2 Package: 4-5 min cook time; stir after 2 min, 2 min standing time. Full Package: 7-8 min cook time; stir after 3 min, 2 minutes standing time.
