Broccoli Florets, Carrots, Shiitake Mushroom, Snow Peas, Green Peppers & Baby Cob Corn

Directions

Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165°F.Place 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and desired amount of stir-fry vegetables in a large skillet or wok over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Stir fry 6-7 minutes until vegetables are thoroughly cooked and lightly brown. Season to taste. Stovetop Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add desired amount of stir-fry vegetables; cover and return quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. Drain; season to taste. Microwave (1100 watt)* Place desired amount of stir-fry vegetables in microwave-safe container; cover. Cook on HIGH according to chart. Allow for standing time. Carefully remove from oven; drain. Season to taste. 1/2 package cook 5-6 minutes, stir after 2 minutes, let stand 2 minutes. Full package cook 7-8 minutes, stir after 4 minutes and let stand for 2 minutes.
