Easy Open Tear Strip. Keep Frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees. Stir-Fry- 1. Place 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and desired amount of stir-fry vegetables in a large skillet or wok over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. 2. Stir fry 5-6 minutes until vegetables are thoroughly cooked and lightly brown. Season to taste. Stovetop- 1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add desired amount of stir-fry vegetables cover and return quickly to a boil. 2. Reduce heat; cook 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring halfway thorough. Drain; season to taste. Microwave (1100 watt) 1. Place desired amount of stir-fry vegetables in microwave-safe container; cover. Cook on HIGH according to chart.2. Allow for standing time. Carefully remove from oven, drain. Season to taste. Lower wattage microwave ovens may require more time. Microwave Cooking Chart: Amount 1/2 package, cook time 4-5 minutes, stir after 2 minutes, let stand 2 minutes. Amount full package, cook time 7-8 minutes, stir after 4 minutes, let stand 2 minutes.
