Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165°F. Stir-Fry: Place 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and desired amount of stir-fry vegetables in a large skillet or wok over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Stir fry 6-8 minutes until vegetables are thoroughly cooked and lightly brown. Season to taste. Stove Top: Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add desired amount of stir-fry vegetables; cover and return quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 4-5 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. Drain; season to taste. Microwave (1100 watt)*: Place desired amount of stir-fry vegetables in microwave-safe container; cover. Cook on HIGH according to chart. Allow for standing time. Carefully remove from oven; drain. Season to taste. 1/2 Package: Cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Full Package: Cook for 7-8 minutes. Stir after 4 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. *Lower wattage microwave ovens may require more cook time.
