Keep frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stir-Fry: Place 1 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and desired amount of stir-fry in a large skillet or wok over Medium-High heat. Stir fry 6-7 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked and lightly brown. Season to taste. Stove-Top: Bring 1/2 water (add salt if desired) to a boil in medium saucepan. Add desired amount of stir-fry; cover and return quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. Drain and season to taste. Microwave (1100 Watt) (Lower water microwave ovens may require more time): Place desired amount of stir-fry in microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup water. Cover. Cook on High according to chart. Carefully remove from oven. Drain and season to taste. Microwave Cooking Chart: Amount: 1/2 package, 5-7 min cook time, stir after 3 min, 3 min standing time. Amount: Full package, 7-9 min cook time, stir after 4 min, 3 min standing time.
