Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Recommended Method: 1. Remove pouch. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200; 3 minutes on high. Microwave Wattage: 700; 5 minutes on high. (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.) 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut open. Empty into serving dish; stir.
