Reduce heat; stir and cook gently 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain. Season to taste. Microwave (1100 Watt)(Lower wattage microwave ovens may require more time): Place desired amount of lima beans in microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup water. Cover and vent if using plastic wrap. Cook on high according to chart. Allow for standing time. Carefully remove from oven; drain. Season to taste. Microwave Cooking Chart: 1/2 package; 4-6 min cook time, stir after 3 min, 3 min standing time. Full package, 7-9 min cook time, stir after 4 min, 5 min standing time.
