Keep frozen. Cooking: Microwave: 1. Place squash in microwaveable dish. 2. Cover & microwave on High 5 minutes. 3. Stir and microwave 1 more minute (For food safety and best quality cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F). (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time accordingly.) Stovetop: 1. Place squash in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup water. 2. Bring water to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-low. 3.
