Keep frozen. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove-Top: Place frozen squash in saucepan over Medium heat and cover. Simmer 15-17 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Season to taste and serve. Microwave (1100 watt) (Lower wattage microwaves may require more time) (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F): Place frozen squash in microwave-safe container and cover. Cook on High 5 minutes; stir. Cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated; stir. Season to taste and serve.
