Do not pierce film. Heat bowl on high for 4-1/2 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove film. Stir before serving. Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Caution: bowl will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Do not re-use bowl. Do not heat in a conventional oven or toaster oven. Keep frozen.
