Directions

Keep frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Range Top: 1. Place desired amount of mushrooms in skillet on medium-high. 2. Cook, stirring often 4-6 minutes until thoroughly heated. 3. Use in your favorite recipes. Microwave (1100 Watt) (Lower wattage microwave ovens may require more time): 1. Place desired amount of mushrooms in microwave-safe container. Cover and vent if using plastic wrap. 2. Cook on high according to chart. Let stand 30-60 seconds. 3. Carefully remove from oven. Use in your favorite recipes. Microwave Cooking Chart: 1/4 Cup: 60 seconds cook time; stir end of cook time. 1/2 Cup: 70 seconds cook time; stir end of cook time. 1 Cup: 2-1/2 minutes cook time; stir end of cook time. Full Package: 4-1/2 to 5 minutes; stir after 2 min.
