Keep Frozen. Product of Mexico. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. STOVE TOP: Follow the stove top chart below. Place desired amount of cauliflower in saucepan with water. Use large pot for 1/2 package or more. Cover; bring quickly to a boil. Stir gently; reduce heat and cook gently. Drain carefully. Season to taste. STOVE TOP COOKING CHART: 1/8 Package (about 2 cups) 1/2 cup water, 45 minute cook time, stir one to two times. 1/4 package (about 4 cups) 3/4 cups water, 56 minute cook time, stir one or two times. 1/2 package (about 9 cups) 1 cup water, 6-7 minute cook time, stir one or two times. Full package 1 cup water, 7-9 minute cook time, stir one or two times. Microwave (1100 watts)* Place desired amount of cauliflower in microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup water; cover. Cook on HIGH according to microwave chart. Allow for standing time. Drain. Season to taste. 1/8 package (about 2 cups) 4-5 minute cook time, stir after 3 minutes, let stand for 3 minutes. 1/4 package (about 4 cups) 7-9 minute cook time, stir after 4 minutes, let stand for 3 minutes. *Lower wattage microwave ovens may require more time.
