Keep frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove: Place artichoke hearts in saucepan with 1/4 cup water. Cover. Bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat, stir, cook 8-9 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Microwave: Place artichoke hearts in microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup water. Cover. Cook on high according to chart. Drain. Microwave Cooking Chart: 650 watts oven wattage; 7 to 7-1/2 min cook time, stir after 4 min, 2-3 min standing time. 1000 watts oven wattage; 6 to 6-1/2 min cook time, stir after 3 min, 2-3 min standing time. Best if used by date stamped on package.
