Crust: Smart Flour (Tapioca Flour, Sorghum Flour, Teff Flour, Amaranth Flour), Potato Starch, Modified Tapioca Starch, Sorghum Flour, Water, Olive Oil, Sugar, Agave, Flax Seed, Yeast, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Guar Gum, Baking Soda, Non-GMO Canola Oil (Expeller Pressed from Non-Genetically Modified Seed). Cheese (Free of Animal Rennet): Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Provolone Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes, Natural Smoke Flavor), Powdered Cellulose (to Prevent Caking). Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven. Remove pizza from box, overwrap and cardboard. Allow to thaw during oven pre-heat (minimum 10 minutes for best results). When oven is pre-heated, place pizza directly on the middle/lower rack. Conventional Oven: temp - 400 degrees F; time - 11 to 13 mins. Convection Oven: temp - 375 degrees F; time - 8 to 10 mins. Bake times may vary. Pizza is done when cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Do not microwave.
