Ingredients

Gluten Free Crust (Water, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Olive Oil, Honey, Tapioca Flour, Yeast, Salt).

Directions

Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. How to Cook: Cook times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave not recommended. Use frozen, do not defrost. Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Remove desired number of frozen crusts; rewrap and freeze remaining crusts if needed. Discard cardboard disc. 2. Place frozen crust on pizza pan or baking sheet and allow to stand at room temperature 5-10 minutes before topping. 3. Add your favorite toppings and place in center rack of oven. 4. Bake 10-14 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and desired crispness. Chef Tip: Brush crusts with olive oil or basting oil and bake 8-10 minutes for a gluten-free alternative to pita chips.
