Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Do not defrost. If any tortellini are frozen together, do not separate. They will usually separate during cooking. For best results, use stove-top instructions. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Stove Top Cooking: Boil 4 quarts of water (optional: add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking). Add tortellini to boiling water. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway. Drain and serve. Place into boiling water. Gently stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Drain carefully. Microwave Cooking: Place 1 cup tortellini in a microwaveable dish. Mix 1/4 cup of water with 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. Add sauce to tortellini, mix and cover. Heat on high power (100%) for 5-6 minutes, stirring halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully as steam is hot. (Note: Microwave ovens may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.)
