Ingredients

Enriched Wheat Flour (Durum Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Ricotta Cheese (Whey, Whole Milk, Cream, Vinegar, Salt, Carrageenan, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum), Dried Whole Eggs, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's and/or Cow's Milk, Rennet, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes), Black Pepper, Parsley.

Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking: Do not defrost. If any ravioli are frozen together, do not separate. They will usually separate during cooking. For best results, use stove-top instructions. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Stove Top Cooking: Boil 4 quarts of water (Optional: Add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking). Add ravioli to boiling water. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve. Microwave Cooking: Place into boiling water. Gently stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Drain carefully. Mix together 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. Place 12 ravioli in a microwaveable dish. Add sauce, mix and cover. Heat on high power (100%) for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway. Let stand covered for 2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully as steam is hot. (Note: Microwave ovens may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.)
