Ingredients

Unbleached Durum Flour (Enriched with Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Ricotta Cheese (Whey, Cream, Vinegar, Carrageenan), Water, Eggs, Cracker Meal (Enriched Wheat Flour [Enriched with Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate Riboflavin, Folic Acid] Soybean Oil), Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Rennet, Salt) Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Modified Corn Starch, Parsley, Spice.

Directions

If any ravioli are frozen together do not separate. For best results use stove-top instructions. For food safety and quality follow these cooking instructions. Stovetop Cooking: Boil 4 qts of water (optional: add 1 tbsp oil to prevent sticking). Add ravioli to boiling water. Simmer for 16-18 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve. Microwave Cooking: Place 3-5 ravioli in a microwaveable dish. Add 3/4 cup water, and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce, cover. Heat on High power (100%) for 15 minutes, stirring halfway. Remove cover carefully as steam is hot. Filling may be hot. Let stand 5 minutes. Microwave ovens may vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze.
