Keep Frozen Cook & Serve. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook from frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. Stovetop 1. Bring water to a rapid boil, salt if desired (4 quarts water per 1 pound pasta). 2. Add full package or less of frozen ravioli to boiling water. 3. Reduce heat to gentle boil; cook 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not wait for water to come back to a boil before timing begins. 4. Carefully drain. Serve with your favorite sauce. Oven Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place full package of frozen ravioli into a lightly greased roasting pan. 2. Stir in 6 cups (3 cups for half package) of your favorite sauce; cover. 3. Bake 2 hours for full package, stirring half way through (90 minutes for half package), until thoroughly cooked. Serve with additional sauce if desired. Chef Tip: To bake 1/3 of package (16 oz.), place frozen ravioli in baking dish or casserole. Stir in 2 1/2 cups sauce; cover. Bake 45-50 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
