Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook from frozen. Cook thoroughly to 160°F. Pan Fry: 1. Place desired amount of pierogies in large bowl of very hot tap water for 3 minutes. Drain and pat dry. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet over MEDIUM heat. 2. Carefully add pierogies to skillet, in a single layer. Cook about 6 minutes per side until thoroughly cooked. Boil: 1. Bring 3 quarts water to a boil. 2. Carefully add desired amount of frozen pierogies; stir and allow water to return to a gentle boil. 3. Cook 7-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. 4. Carefully drain and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F with rack in center. 1. Place desired amount of frozen pierogies on lightly greased baking sheet in a single layer. Spray pierogies with light coating of cooking spray or brush lightly with vegetable oil. 2. Cook 14-16 minutes until thoroughly cooked, turning once. Caution: Filling may be hot. Do not Deep Fry or submerge fully in cooking oil.
