Keep frozen. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook from frozen. Cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees. Pan Fry: 1. Place desired amount of pierogies in large bowl of very hot tap water for 3 minutes. Drain and pat dry. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat. 3. Carefully add pierogies to skillet, in a single layer. Cook 5-6 minutes per side until thoroughly cooked and golden brown. Boil: 1. Bring 3 quarts water to a boil. 2. Carefully add desired amount of frozen pierogies; stir and allow water to return to a gentle boil. 3. Cook about 5 minutes until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 1. Place desired amount of frozen pierogies on lightly greased baking sheet. Spray pierogies with light coating of pan spray or brush lightly with vegetable oil. 2. Cook 14-15 minutes until thoroughly cooked and light golden brown, turning once. Caution: Filling may be hot. Do not deep fry or submerge fully in cooking oil. Best if used by date printed on side panel.
