Ingredients

Dough: Enriched Durum Flour (Durum Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Eggs, Yellow Corn Flour, Wheat Flour, Soybean Oil, Extractives of Turmeric and Paprika (Color). Filling: Ricotta Cheese (Whey, Whole Milk, Cream, Vinegar), Water, Salt, Pecorino Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Spice, Dehydrated Parsley.

Directions

Keep frozen. If any rigatoni are frozen together do not separate. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Stove-Top Cooking: Boil 4 qts water (optional: add 1 tbsp oil to prevent sticking). Add rigatoni to boiling water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze.
