Ingredients

Ricotta Cheese (Whey, Milk, Vinegar, Carrageenan), Water, Enriched Semolina (Durum Wheat, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Imported Romano Cheese Made from Sheep's Milk (Sheep's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Egg, Corn Starch-Modified, Salt, Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Parsley Flakes.

Directions

Keep frozen. Use by date stamped on package. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook from frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees for at least 15 seconds. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 1. Place a thin layer of your favorite sauce on bottom of greased large casserole dish or high-sided baking pan. Place 8 frozen shells on sauce (cheese side up) in a single layer. 2. Pour 2 cups additional sauce evenly over 8 shells (1 cup for 4 shells); cover. 3. Bake 60-65 minutes for 8 shells (40-45 minutes for 4 shells) until thoroughly cooked. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve with additional sauce if desired. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Pour 1/2 cup sauce into microwave-safe dish. Place 2 frozen shells on top of sauce (cheese side up); top shells with an additional 1/2 cup sauce. 2. Cover dish with microwave-safe plastic wrap; pierce with fork to vent. 3. Cook on Medium (50% power) 6 minutes. Continue cooking on High 3-4 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Let rest 2-3 minutes before serving. Note: Lower wattage microwaves may require additional cooking time.
