Ingredients

Beef, Water, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Textured Soy Protein Concentrate (Soy Protein Concentrate, Caramel Color), Egg Whites, Soy, Protein Concentrate, Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's and/or Cow's Milk, Rennet, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes), Dehydrated Onion, Natural Flavorings, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Sodium Phosphate.

Directions

Keep frozen. How to Thaw: Place desired amount of meatballs on plate, cover and refrigerate 8-24 hours. Use within 24 hours after thawing. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. May be prepared from frozen or thawed state. Cook throughly to 165 degrees. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. with rack in center. 1. Place desired amount of meatballs in single layer on baking sheet. 2. Bake from frozen 20-24 minutes or thawed 12-15 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, turning halfway through. Stove Top: 1. Place desired amount of meatballs in saucepan with your favorite sauce. 2. Bring to boil over High heat. Reduce to simmer; cover and cook from frozen 22-25 minutes or thawed 18-22 minutes, until throughly cooked, stirring often. Microwave (1100 watts): Place desired amount of meatballs in a microwave-safe dish; cover. 2. Microwave on High according to chart. Let rest 1 minute before serving. 3 meatballs = 80 seconds from frozen or 45 seconds from thawed. 6 meatballs = 2 minutes from frozen or 1 1/2 minutes from thawed. 12 meatballs = 3 1/2 minutes or 3 minutes from thawed.
