Ingredients

Beef, Water, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Textured Soy Protein Concentrate (Soy Protein Concentrate, Caramel Color), Egg Whites, Soy Protein Concentrate, Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's and/or Cow's Milk, Rennet, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes), Dehydrated Onion, Natural Flavorings, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Sodium Phosphate.

Directions

Keep frozen. How To Heat: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Prepared from frozen. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place desired amount of frozen meatballs in single layer on baking sheet. 2. Bake 20-24 minutes, until thoroughly heated, turning halfway through. Stove Top: 1. Place desired amount of meatballs in saucepan with your favorite sauce. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to simmer; cover and cook 22-25 minutes, until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Place desired amount of frozen meatballs in a microwave-safe dish; cover. 2. Microwave on high according to the chart below. Let rest 1 minute before serving. 3 Meatballs: 80 seconds; 6 Meatballs: 2 minutes; 12 Meatballs: 3-1/2 minutes.
