Ingredients

Beef, Water, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour), Textured Soy Protein Concentrate (Soy Protein Concentrate, Caramel Color), Egg Whites, Soy Protein Concentrate, Contains 2% or Less of each: Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's and/or Cow's Milk, Rennet, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes), Dehydrated Onion, Natural Flavorings, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt.

Directions

Keep frozen. How To Heat. Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. Prepare from frozen. Heat thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. with rack in center. 1. Place desired amount of frozen meatballs in single layer on baking sheet. 2. Bake 30-35 minutes, until thoroughly heated, turning halfway through. Stove Top: 1. Place desired amount of frozen meatballs in saucepan with your favorite sauce. 2. Bring to a boil over High heat. Reduce to simmer; cover and cook from frozen 22-25 minutes, until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Place 3 frozen meatballs in a microwave-safe dish; cover. 2. Microwave on High from frozen 3 minutes. Let rest 1-2 minutes before serving.
