Microwave rice pouch for 3 minutes. The pouch will balloon during the last 30-40 seconds (1000 W microwave. Adjust time to watts. Heat rice to 165 degrees F). Let pouch sit for 1 minute and then open with scissors. Please handle carefully as contents will be hot. 3. While rice is cooking, pour remaining ingredients from the package into a 12-inch non-stick skillet. Cover and cook over high heat until the sauce is liquefied, about 5 minutes. Stir well and continue cooking covered, stirring occasionally until sauce starts to bubble (about 3 more minutes). Reduce heat to simmer and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables feel tender. Product should be cooked to 165 degrees F. Turn heat off. 4. Pour vegetable green curry mixture over Thai jasmine rice and enjoy! Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Refrigerate or discard leftovers.
