Dough: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Water, 2% or Less of: Salt, Corn Starch, L-Cysteine, Natural Flavor, Fruit and Vegetable Juice for Color. Filling: Queso Blanco (White Cheese): Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Cheese Cultures (Lactic Starter, Soy Protein).

Cooking Instructions: Original Recipe Cooking Method - Pan Fry Method: Preheat 1/2 inch of vegetable oil (approx 1 cup) in a medium size skillet over medium heat. Once oil begins to ripple, place frozen Tequenos into skillet (approx 7 to 8 at a time), and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides. Remove the Tequenos from the skillet using a slotted spoon, drain on absorbent paper, and let stand for 3 minutes before serving. Deep Fry Method: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen Tequenos for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper, and let stand for 3 minutes before serving. Precautions: Do not leave pan unattended while heating. Add frozen Tequenos to hot oil carefully as ice crystals on frozen food can cause oil to splatter. Keep frozen.
