Keep frozen. Directions for Smoothies: (1) Combine contents of Jamba smoothie and one cup (8 oz) of 2% milk into your blender. (2) Blend on low setting or pulse for 20 seconds until cubes and milk are blended. (3) Blend on high setting for 60 seconds or until contents are smooth and creamy. Pour into a 14 oz glass and enjoy as a meal replacement. For thinner smoothies use 9 to 10 fl oz of milk. Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove amount needed and return remainder to freezer.
